Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the MA in English
Upon the recommendation of the Dean of Graduate Studies, and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the MA in English. This change updates the curriculum by removing courses not offered in five years, clarifies the foreign language requirement and updates the prerequisites for students who don’t have an English major or minor. The units for this program will not change. This change will be effective Fall 2014.
