Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the BA in Geography
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the BA in Geography. This change updates the curriculum to more closely reflect faculty expertise, ease completion to degree and better align articulation for community college transfers. The major core units will reduce from 24 to 21, and the major option units will increase from 21 to 24. The number of units for the major will not change. This change will be effective Fall 2014.
