Subject: New Certificate in Data Science
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the addition of a new Certificate in Data Science in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics within the College of Natural Sciences and the Department of Department of Computer Science, within the College of Engineering, Computer Science. and Construction Management. The total number of units for the Certificate will be 36-38, effective fall 2018.
