Subject: BA in Musical Theatre Degree Designation Change
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate, with the concurrence of the Provost, and with the approval of the Chancellor’s Office, I approve the degree designation change of Musical Theatre from Bachelor of Arts (BA) to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). The program will continue to use CSU reporting code 10073 with a CIP code of 50.0509. This change will be effective fall 2020.
