Athletics and High-Performance Wellness

"Stronger teams. Safer seasons."

Designed for Wildcat athletes and high-performance student groups, this training tackles the effects of alcohol, cannabis, and performance enhancers on your game and your health. We’ll also dive into building a team culture that values being an active bystander when met with hazing or violence.

Bystander Intervention & Community Care

Ever see something that didn’t feel right? In this training, you’ll learn the 5 simple ways to step in and make a difference, without putting yourself in harm’s way. Whether it’s a party, the gym, or a student org event, you’ll leave ready to have your friends’ backs and build a safer, stronger Wildcat community.

Campus Safety

"Looking Out for Each Other."

Learn how to keep yourself and your friends safe — on and off campus. We’ll cover practical tips for personal safety, how to recognize when something’s off, and the simple steps you can take to look out for each other. You will also get familiar with Chico State safety resources, from the Safe App to confidential support services, so you know exactly where to turn if you need help.

Consent, Sexual Health & Healthy Relationships

"Beyond Yes and No."

Go beyond the basics. We’ll talk about real-world consent, how to set and respect boundaries, and ways to recognize healthy vs. unhealthy relationship patterns. You’ll also get inclusive info on contraception, STI prevention, and how to start those “awkward” but essential conversations with a partner — without the awkward.

Mental Health and Resilience

College life can be amazing and overwhelming. Learn practical ways to manage stress, protect your mental health, and bounce back from setbacks. We’ll cover self-care that actually works, signs a friend might be struggling, and how to connect with resources before things hit crisis mode.
