DHL®
When outbound DHL® shipments are requested by campus staff and faculty, Mail Services and Shipping & Receiving are responsible for the pick-up and assistance of document preparation.
In addition to the above:
- Mail Services is responsible for the chargeback to a department postage account (Mailbag Code) for services used when DHL® is the carrier.
- Shipping & Receiving is responsible for the internal campus delivery of inbound DHL® shipments and carrier staging for outbound DHL® shipments for campus staff and faculty.
Inbound
DHL® packages are delivered to and received by the Shipping & Receiving staff at 940 West First Street, Chico.
Shipping & Receiving, using our internal tracking/delivery system, make the final delivery and captures a signature at your department office.
Outbound (International Only)
DHL® International Online Account Request
Email cjmendoza@csuchico.edu to request access to the DHL® International online account.
Prepare your shipment
- Pack and seal the contents
- Complete a DHL® International Waybill online
- Have the shipment available for pick-up by Mail Services or call Shipping & Receiving at 530-898-5115
If necessary...
Complete a Commercial Invoice / Pro Forma for your non-document (dutiable) shipments.
