Rebecca Burgess

Rebecca Burgess is the Executive Director of Fibershed (opens in new window)whose mission is to develop regional and regenerative fiber systems, incorporating carbon farming while strengthening sustainable regional economics and textile communities. She is also Chair of the Board for Carbon Cycle Institute, an author and an instructor at Westminster College and Harvard University with over a decade of experience writing and implementing hands-on curriculum about the intersection of restoration ecology and fiber systems.
