No Show Charges

In order for WCHC to ensure maximum utilization of clinic access for students, the following no-show policy will be adhered to:

  • No-show for scheduled appointment, $25 charge to patient.

Students will be informed at the time they schedule their appointment that no-show fees apply (either via the web or phone call). Students will also be sent an e-mail reminder with information regarding the scheduled appointment and no-show fees approximately 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.

A missed appointment will be considered a “no-show” if a patient has not arrived within ten minutes after the start of the appointment. Medical Records staff will mark missed appointments as a “no-show” and patients should check their Student Center to pay the balance.
