My name is Kiley Baum, and I am a second-year master’s student from the Psychology Department. I completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at California State University, Chico, where I also earned a minor in Applied Statistics. I am passionate about statistics, psychology, and psychological research, especially using data to address real-world social issues. I discovered this passion early on and am now excitedly preparing for the next step in my academic journey: pursuing a Ph.D. I love helping other students find that statistics can actually be fun… even when they’re convinced it’s impossible. Outside of academics, you can usually find me painting, thrifting, running, or giggling with my friends.
