Jhet grew up in Yuba City, just south of Chico. He grew up loving video games, computers, and martial arts. That love of computers led him to attend Chico State to pursue a computer science degree starting in 2020. Because both of his parents had been teachers, he was instilled with a love of learning at an early age, and hopes to use his own teaching experiences to do the same for others.
