As their innocence and commitment to each other is tested, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocker biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: an artificially made, physically perfect man named Rocky.
