Biography

Charlotte Harkness was a classroom teacher in multiple grades Pre K-9, including high school English and Algebra, for 43 years. In addition, she served in administrative roles including assistant principal and earned a Certificate in Community College Faculty Preparation/Adult Education while completing her Masters Degree. During those years, Charlotte mentored student teachers and, after retiring from the classroom full-time, she continued as a mentor teacher for induction programs in Northern California. In the fall of 2021, Charlotte began working as a University Supervisor for the School of Education.
