NorCal GREAT Teachers Pipeline

The Growing Responsive, Equitable, Adaptable and Transformative Teachers (GREAT) Teacher Pipeline is a grant to support underserved and local students. Available to future K-12 educators at all stages of their education and in all subject areas, the GREAT Teachers Pipeline welcomes all to apply!

Gain access to a diverse cohort of peers, effective professional development, and financial support. With content focused on Social Emotional Learning and Healing-Centered Engagement, we’ll provide you with necessary skills to succeed in any classroom. This grant is focused on preparing educators in a K-12 classroom.

The GREAT Teachers Pipeline grant is funded by the US Department of Education (Grant Number S423A220083) and Chico State Enterprises. Award amount is determined by your current educational status.

Undergraduate and Pre-Credential Students: will receive up to $6,266/semester
Teaching Credential Students: will receive up to $12,999/semester
Education Master's Students: will receive up to $7,250/semester

Award amount is calculated based on the current Chico State Cost of Attendance. For more information on Financial Aid and Cost of Attendance, please visit their website(opens in new window).

You must complete an application and all required obligations associated with the grant in order to receive funding. Obligations include but are not limited to: professional development attendance & participation, good academic standing and Chico State enrollment. Student must apply every semester.
