The Student Center has been updated! Training guides for students, faculty, and staff are available on the Enrollment Management Services page. 

Temporary Virtual Services

The physical office for Student Records and Registration is closed until further notice. However, most services are still available via phone or online, during regular hours, 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday.

An in-person drop box is available on Thursdays from 1pm-4pm, inside the Student Services Center.

All documents that need to be submitted should be scanned and emailed to us from your student email account ( or, not a personal email account. Check our Forms Page for more information.

Student Records and Registration supports students and the campus community in maintaining the accuracy of the student academic record by facilitating the registration process and student related updates to their record including:

  • Supports the registration for current and prior terms
  • Processes registration forms
  • Maintains immunization requirements
  • Withdrawals
  • Planned educational leave requests
  • Processes changes to majors and minors
  • Transcript Requests
  • Repeat with Forgiveness requests

Dates & Deadlines

Feb 20
Spring 2021 Add/Drop form (PDF) is required for all Spring 2021 adds or drops. Individual course adds require approval of instructor, chair, and dean; individual course drops require instructor approval through May 14. Drops are assigned a grade of 'W' to indicate withdrawal. Contact Office of the Registrar for term withdrawal. 

Apr 26
Priority Registration for continuing students begins for Fall 2021, through May 21. 


Authorization to Release
Students may authorize the release of specific record information to designated third-parties. Please see the Authorization to Release Help Guide(opens in new window)
