Immunizations

The California State University system requires all students, as a condition of their continuing enrollment, to meet immunization requirements (E.O. 803).

PLEASE NOTE: Applying for an Exemption to the Measles, Rubella, and/or Hepatitis B vaccination requirement does not confer an exemption for the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.  You must request an exemption through the Self-Certification process on your Student Center for COVID-19.
