Staff Awards Luncheon
Save the Date! The Staff Awards Luncheon will take place on May 21, 2026.
The Staff Awards Luncheon honors Chico State staff with an annual ceremony held in May the week after commencement. The luncheon honors over 100 university employees who have achieved years of service in increments of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service, as well as those who have recently retired. The winners of the Staff Excellence Awards are announced at the ceremony, including the Outstanding Staff Employee of the Year, Wildcat Spirit Award, Safety Award, Customer Service Award, Making a Difference Award, Emerging Leader Award, and Outstanding MPP. Recipients and nominees are honored for their contributions to our campus and community.
These awards are made possible through funding from the VP of Business and Finance and the University Foundation Board of Governors, and we thank them for acknowledging the outstanding staff at Chico State.
