Summer Learning Collaborative (SLC)

 

The Summer Learning Collaborative (formerly known as Reset Your Mindset) is a strategic time of learning and development as we prepare for a new academic year. This summer, we will utilize the Great Colleges to Work For® 10 core dimensions of employee engagement as a framework for all learning sessions. It will run from June 3 to July 31 with many sessions lasting more than an hour. We have been collaborating across campus to offer a myriad of learning opportunities aimed at addressing or improving:

  4. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
  5. Job Satisfaction & Support
  6. Mission & Pride
  7. Performance Management

  10. Well-being (this includes access to The WELL and the WREC)

2024 Summer Challenge

The Learning and Development Team suggests that staff and managers commit 10 hours to personal and professional development this summer as part of their regular duties. To improve our work climate and be better prepared for the new academic year, we all should invest time to strengthen our knowledge, toolsets, and relationships.
