NUFP Program

Want to work at a university or thinking of graduate school? Join us and apply for NUFP!

The NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program (NUFP) is a flagship initiative that offers a great opportunity to expose diverse students to the field of student affairs and applying for graduate school in higher education.
The mission of NUFP is to increase the number of historically disenfranchised and underrepresented professionals in student affairs and/or higher education, including but not limited to those of racial and ethnic-minority backgrounds; those having a disability; and those identifying as LGBTQ. Investing in NUFP Fellows through providing on-campus mentorship, professional socialization, and leadership development opportunities can be a transformative experience.

Participants will be a part of a cohort designed to apply for graduate school this fall, attend conferences to expose you to the world of student affairs in the spring, and the opportunity to apply for summer internships all over the US. If you are interested in applying, please email the STAR Center at so we can help you with your application. Learn more about NUFP by following the link above.
