Monday – Thursday (campus closed on Fridays)
Campus has transitioned to summer hours and will be open for business Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m. Our office will only be physically open (for walk-in and phone inquiries) from 8:30 a.m.—4:30 p.m. during summer work schedule.

Presentation Requests

Thank you for your interest in Chico State’s study abroad and exchange programs. To request a Study Abroad & Exchange presentation in your classroom, for your group, or event, please submit a request form.

Please note that:

You must be a student, faculty, staff member or administrator to request a presentation
We ask that you allow at least 2 weeks’ notice to schedule a presentation if possible
Availability for presentations during the evening, weekend, campus breaks, dead week, and finals week are limited
