What is the best program for me? How will I meet local students? What should I pack!? Do you have any tips for first-time travelers? These are just a few of the questions you may be asking yourself.
There are countless questions that revolve around a study abroad experience. Our panelists will provide advice on what to consider when selecting a program, how to prepare to go abroad, tips for first-time travelers, information for 1st Gen students and students of color, as well as their personal experiences while studying in their host country. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the panelists during the session.

"Standing Out to Employers: How Study Abroad Can Help" Student Panel
One of the most common questions we get in our office from Alumni is “How do I incorporate Study Abroad onto my Resume?” Come join Study Abroad & Exchange in collaboration with the Chico State Career Center as we talk with a few of our study abroad alumni and hear about the types of skills they have gained through Study Abroad and how their overseas experiences have enhanced their resumes. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the panelists during the session.
