Meka Klungtvet-Morano, MSW is faculty in the School of Social Work at California State University, Chico. She spent six years as adjunct faculty prior to joining the department full time in 2012. She is currently a project coordinator for the Title IV-E Child Welfare Training Program. Her practice includes eight years in public child welfare, including specialized work in family treatment court. Since spring 2011, she has been providing support around supervision to child welfare agency field instructors and interns through the CalSWEC Field Instruction Initiative. She has taught child welfare and practice social work courses, as well as family relations for the social sciences program.
