This course provides employees with information on how to best protect themselves in the event of an active shooter on our campus.  “19 Seconds” was designed by the police department at CSU, Fresno specifically for personnel working in academic and educational environments.  This instructor-led course is facilitated by the University Police Department at CSU, Chico.

  • The University Emergency Response Guide contains information on reporting and responding to emergencies of all types: injury, fire, severe weather, earthquake, hazardous materials and violent or criminal behavior. The guide contains general response guidelines as well as assembly points for all buildings on campus.
