This training provides an overview of the federal and state policies that impact undocumented students on a day-to-day basis and the unique conditions experienced by these students. The session includes activities to better understand the needs of this population and tools to become allies and advocates for undocumented students and students with mixed-status families at CSU, Chico.

The session includes special speakers and discussion with a student panel.

Instructor(s): Chico State Dream Center staff.  The center supports undocumented students and students of mixed families.

Audience: Faculty, staff and student employees who work with undocumented students and students with mixed-status families. Limited seating on a first come, first served basis.
