This is a monthly walk-in style, open lab dedicated to reconciling your department accounts. Workstations are available to run reports, download data, and update your budget tools.

Budget and finance staff will be available to assist with questions or provide advice on campus finance related items. This lab will be casual and only require the time necessary to accomplish what you’d like. You can come for 5 minutes or stay the full hour. We would like to give you an opportunity to schedule time away from your desk and be there to help you! So feel free to sign up or simply stop by!

Instructor(s): Representatives from Budget, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Audience: Campus employees interested in, or responsible for, department budgeting.
