Office of Tribal Relations

Office of Tribal Relations

Vision

Establish a comprehensive center for Native students, community, and Tribal governments to facilitate a sense of belonging in higher education and continued distinctive spiritual relationship with place.

Purpose

The Office of Tribal Relations serves as the connection point for the Chico State campus to provide access, social, emotional, and academic support for our Native American students.  Through traditional knowledge and decolonial praxis we work to shape culturally sustaining, contributing members of Native communities.
