How do I register for the conference?

Is the conference free for all students or just Chico State students?
Conference registration(opens in new window) is free for any and all students - K-12 or any higher education institution (community college, trade school or university). Registration is now open and we look forward to seeing you!
Will presentations be available after the conference has concluded?
We will be recording all presentations that speakers have agreed to have recorded. The recordings will be available following the conference so you can enjoy the content for many months to come. The 2020 recordings(opens in new window) are still available if you'd like to watch even more!
How can my organization sponsor the conference?

Is there a list of presenters I can look at ahead of time?
Presenters(opens in new window) and session descriptions(opens in new window) are being posted to the website as they are confirmed and are shaping up for an incredible lineup.
I can only attend one day, is there a discounted rate?
Yes! You can register for one day only at the rate of $50/day, if you are not a student. All students can register for FREE for one day only or the full conference. Registration is now open(opens in new window).
What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend?
We're sorry you won't be able to join us. Unfortunately, due to the low cost of conference registration and high administration costs, we will not be able to issue refunds for cancelled registrations. However, we will be recording as many sessions as possible and you will be able to view the content following the conference.
