Students who come to Chico State without a declared major are supported throughout the first year with:

• A Majors Exploration series to get to know Chico's seven colleges and their programs
• Peer Mentors and Faculty Allies to help guide the journey
• A one-unit transition course to support academic success

• Social events to get connected with other students
• Specialized workshops to match skills and interests with majors and careers
