Baylor Boring

Hi! I'm Baylor, a media arts major obsessed with photography, videos, and spreading the joy! I joined UMatter in Fall semester of 2020. I am from SoCal originally, Newport Beach to be exact. From a young age I have been an advocate for mental health so I joined UMatter to help put an end to the stigma behind it. Having a resource like this on campus is something I wish I knew earlier, so I am here to spread the word! This program is revolved around me and you, the students, whether you are dealing with depression or struggling to just find time for yourself, it's for you. With my time here I hope to reach more students and help them feel like they aren't alone and have a place to go.

P.S. My favorite self care activity is going outside and taking a walk. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing that the world keeps moving no matter where you are in life. Give it a go!
