Naomi Klein is an award-winning journalist, columnist, and author of the New York Times and international bestsellers The Shock Doctrine, No Logo, This Changes Everything, and No Is Not Enough. A Senior Correspondent for The Intercept and contributor for both The Nation and The Guardian.

In a special talk, she joins Mark Stemen, PhD., Professor in Geography and Planning at California State University, Chico to discuss her latest effort: ON FIRE: The (Burning) Case for a Green New Deal, which gathers more than a decade of her impassioned writing about the climate crisis for the first time.

The University Book Store will sell copies of her book prior to the event, Klein will sign copies following the discussion.
