TOGETHERWEHONORTHEARTIST T he Janet Turner Print Museum, with a collection of almost 4,000 fine art prints, is host to compelling art exhibitions and events. Founder Janet Turner (1914–1988) was a professor of studio art and art education at California State University, Chico (1959–1981) and started the university’s printmaking program, teaching generations of artists and teachers. Turner entrusted her collection to CSU, Chico to ensure that new generations of students and community members of all ages would have access to fine art.
