Division Org Chart (PDF)Resource Allocation
Chico State allocates and reallocates its resources in ways that are consistent with the university mission, values and priorities. The budget is the tool that directs attention and resources to critical and strategic initiatives. The base budget authorizes resources and expenditures based on anticipated demand and delivery of educational programs and services. The performance-based, strategic budget authorizes spending and initiatives that enable Academic Affairs' units to develop new programs, new capabilities, and expand capacity for future growth. Please see below for links associated with budgeting within Academic Affairs, Chico State, the CSU system, and the State of California.
