- August 27, 2026 – 2026 Academic Affairs Fall Town Hall
Good afternoon,
Please join us for the Fall 2026 Academic Affairs Town Hall on Wednesday, September 9 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Colusa 100 where Provost Leslie Cornick will share updates and reflections related to Academic Affairs and the semester ahead.
The event will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a greeting and invitation to visit informational tables positioned throughout the room where attendees will have the opportunity to engage with staff and faculty subject matter experts, ask questions, and hear about the exciting programs and initiatives happening in Academic Affairs. At 2:30 p.m., Provost Leslie Cornick will provide a presentation on the opportunities and priorities shaping Academic Affairs and take questions on discussed topics. 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. attendees will be encouraged to continue visiting the informational tables, ask questions and engage in discussion in a small group setting.
This Town Hall provides an opportunity for colleagues across Academic Affairs to come together, hear what is happening, and stay connected.
A webinar option for Provost Leslie’s presentation will be available at 2:30 p.m. for those unable to attend in person. In-person participation is strongly encouraged because of the interactive nature of the informational tables.
No additional calendar invitation will be sent, so be sure to mark the date on your calendars.
We look forward to having you to join us for this important conversation.
Hope to see you there!
