Basic Site Migration Scope

A basic site migration into Campus Web 3.0 is free to all stateside offices and departments. The scope of a basic migration includes the following:

  • Initial site analysis and consultation
  • Training resources and analytics report to help with content organization (site structure and text are developed by requesting department)
  • PDF accessibility remediation assistance
  • Home page banner
  • Photo refresh using your images or existing images in the campus portfolio
  • Campus header and footer, college/division subfooter
  • Content migration based on provided site structure
  • 2 rounds to be completed in 2 weeks of site structure and functionality revisions (text edits are the responsibility of requesting department)
  • Cascade training and support
  • Monthly accessibility, quality assurance, and analytics site scans and email reports
  • Access to Siteimprove dashboard to explore site scan results further

There is a 10-hour labor cap on 3.0 basic migrations, not counting consultation, training, and support.
