How can I foster my emotional wellbeing?
- Reflect on what emotions come up for you when you are working
- Find what works for you to connect and reflect on your emotions.
- This may look like taking some alone time, talking with a loved-one, counselor, or mentor.
- Journal, listen to music, take a walk, participate in artistic activities, such as drawing, painting, doodling, etc.
- Find things that make you laugh.
