Contact the ITSS help desk for paper jams, toner issues, or if the printer is broken. On weekends and after ITSS office has closed, go directly to the students at the first floor computer lab help desk.

Reference Desk Inkjet Printer
If the printer runs out of paper or ink, please refill from the cabinet to the left of the printer. Building Management x5267 will make sure the cabinet has extra reams of paper. Contact Kevin Klipfel x4990 if you encounter problems with this printer or need replacement ink cartridges.

Jo Fox x6658 maintains supply of toner cartridges. Departments are responsible to change toner and clear basic paper jams. Advanced issues should be reported to ITSS.

Wildcat Card & Value Terminal

If Wildcat card is not working, send patron to Circulation to activate card.
If activated Wildcat card is not working, send patron to ITSS.
Problems with Value Terminals should be directed to ITSS via this Request Service Form.

Wireless Connectivity & Printing
