Gateway Science Museum at California State University, Chico will host its fourth annual fall event, An Evening to Treasure - Autumn Splendor, Oct. 11, 2014, at Manzanita Place. Over the course of this fun and unique evening, we will highlight the successes of the past year along with the current exhibits on display at Gateway Science Museum.

The theme of “Autumn Splendor,” celebrating the bounty of our region, will include dinner, a silent auction and a live auction, plus fun and treasures for all.

Special thanks go out to the museum’s “treasured” sponsors: Bonnie Huntington in memory of Buzz Huntington, Lundberg Family Farms, J. E. McAmis, Dr. Marcia Moore, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Gary and Judy Sitton, Joan Stewart and Barbara and Garey Weibel.

To purchase tickets or donate to the museum, or for more information, call 898-4121 or visit www.gatewayscience.org. All proceeds will benefit Gateway Science Museum future exhibits, educational programs, summer camps and lecture series.

Gateway Science Museum is located at 625 Esplanade (next to Bidwell Mansion) and is currently closed for exhibit installation, but reopens Sept. 27 and will resume its regular hours, Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
