All exams are handled with the utmost regard toward their security. Confidential envelopes are used specifically to submit exam print requests. Staff members oversee and are involved in the reproduction process of every exam. Once they are duplicated, exams are delivered by Mail Services to department offices in the afternoon between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm along with other mail.
To maintain the security of all exams they will be delivered by mail services in a sealed plastic bag and the mail carrier will request a signature and date from the office personnel receiving each exam. If there is no one available to sign for and receive the exam the mail carrier will not be able to deliver it. It will then be returned to Print Services where it will be available for pick up or upon request rerouted with your next regular mail delivery. If on your due date, you need your exam sooner than your mail delivery time please notify us that you will need to pick it up. All exams that are picked up must be logged out by proper department personnel receiving the exam.
Exams and orders may be picked up anytime during Print Service office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you have any questions regarding this change, to order a supply of confidential envelopes, or any other matter feel free to either visit us at Print and Mail Services in Siskiyou Hall, Room 118 or call Ext. 5992.
