Forest Therapy Tuesdays Refresh yourself with some midday forest therapy. Join us for a brief 1 hour forest therapy session, every other Tuesday on campus from 11:30am to 12:30pm. A forest therapy walk is a gentle, open ended sensory practice that tends to adapt organically to the needs of the participant. This is a great way to re-ground yourself and prepare for the rest of your afternoon and school week. We would love to have you drop in and try it out. We meet every other Tuesday near the Chico State Flame Statue by the creek in the middle of campus. This is a free, recurring event for student's, staff and faculty - and a great way to get a taste of forest therapy if you have been interested in checking it out. Click here to register, though drop ins are welcome.
