September Career Conversations - National Alliance for Hispanic Health

Are you interested in careers that use data to make informed decisions in the Food, Agriculture, Natural Resources or Human sciences? Do you want to know how professionals landed their career or what they wished they did during college?

Join us Thursday 9/14/23 11:45 – 12:15 for our monthly "Ask me Anything" speaker series. This time with Brian Castro from the National Alliance for Hispanic Health (the Alliance).

Bryan assists project directors in a variety of initiatives to improve health for Hispanic communities in the nation, including the promotion of All of Us Research Program, a CDC vaccination and education project, CDC Diabetes prevention program, and ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!, the Alliance's signature events for promotion of physical activity, healthy eating, and information on local resources. Before joining the Alliance, Bryan worked for the interpreter program at VCU Health as well as an ORISE Health Equity Research Fellow at the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health.
