Voice-Data Changes

Through our internal audit we have discovered that services are being ordered and our office is unaware until it gets billed.   If you are in need of voice-data (adds, moves or changes) and you usually submit a Team Dynamix ticket through ITSS, we are asking that you please send your request into IASCServices@csuchico.edu in an email, (just like you do all your other requests) and we will open the ticket in TDX on your behalf. You will still be in the loop and it will help us keep track of these charges.
