Account & Password Management
Most campus systems are accessed with your Wildcat Account, which can be managed with Account Center.
Chico State Portal
The Chico State Portal provides a central location for many of the resources students need. These include WildcatMail, Blackboard, LinkedIn Learning, Student Center, Wildcat Sync, Handshake, Wildcat Store, Chico State Alerts, and more.
IT Support Portal
The IT Support Portal contains the IT Service Catalog where you can request services and technical support, and the IT Knowledge Base.
WildcatMail
Your campus email account(opens in new window) is now provided by Microsoft 365. The other Google Apps for Education(opens in new window) remain available, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and more.
Learning Management System
The campus is transitioning from Blackboard Learn to Canvas. During the transition, some students may have courses in one or both platforms.
IT Security
Students are often targeted by scams, phishing, computer viruses, and ransomware.
Technology and Equity Inclusion
TEIN provides support for inclusive technology, and assists with setting up technology accommodations.
Software
Students can get technical support or get access to many applications(opens in new window). Software is available on lab computers, virtual labs, or for installation on personal devices depending on the application.

LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning offers expert video tutorials on a wide variety of topics. Students have unlimited access to all of these videos.
