Exams

All exams are handled with the utmost regard for their security. Confidential envelopes are used specifically to submit exam originals, and they are picked up by campus mail carrier staff and kept secure during their transit. A Printing Services staff member oversees the reproduction process of every exam. Once they are duplicated, exams are packaged in a plastic bag (with originals if submitted) and sealed.

To better track your confidential exam orders, Shipping & Receiving will deliver them and a signature will be required from the office personnel receiving each exam. If there is no one available to sign for and receive the exam, the carrier will not be able to deliver it. It will then be returned to Printing Services where it will be available for pick up or upon request rerouted back to you.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to two additional business days from the time we complete your job for it to be delivered. If the turn-around time is tight or your job is time-sensitive, please choose pick up under Delivery Options when placing your order. And if on your due date, you need your exam sooner than your standard delivery time, please notify us and we will change it to pick up. All exams that are picked up must be logged out by proper department personnel receiving the exam.
