Dear Campus Community, 

Chico State’s 2024 Great Colleges to Work For survey is still open. We want Chico State to become one the best places to work in the country and are committed to creating and maintaining a culture that attracts and retains world-class faculty and staff. Gathering our employees’ candid feedback about working here helps administration understand what currently works and what needs to be improved.

An invitation to take this survey was distributed to our employees on March 4, 2024.  The deadline to complete the survey has been extended to March 25, 2024. Thank you to those of you who have already completed the survey! We appreciate you taking the time to share your views and opinions.  

If you have not yet completed the survey, please take a moment to share your valuable feedback. The survey is completely voluntary, and Chico State will not be able to identify the responses of individuals. As a member of this institution’s community, your voice matters. The President and Cabinet leadership are committed to gathering feedback, identifying and prioritizing areas of action, sharing the findings with you, and developing follow-up plans to address your concerns.
