Subject: Experimental Multiple Subjects and Single Subject Credential with a Cross-cultural, Language and Academic Development Emphasis (CLAD and BCLAD) and Special Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Learning Handicapped or Severely Handicapped and the Resource Specialist Certificate of Competence

The proposed experimental professional preparation program for the Multiple and Single Subjects with a (CLAD and BCLAD) Cross-cultural, Language and Academic Development Emphasis and Special Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Learning Handicapped or Severely Handicapped (with CLAD and/or BCLAD emphasis) and the Resource Specialist Certificate of Competence was recommended for approval by the Academic Senate, the Provost, and the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. I approve implementation of this experimental program, offered by the School of Education within the College of Communication and Education, effective fall 1994.
