Victoria grew up in Orange County, CA (Laguna Beach) and is completing her final year at Chico State with a degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Sociology, and a Paralegal Certificate. This is her first semester working in the SLC and is also a director for Community Outreach for the Community Legal Information Clinic.
