Hello, I am Angelica and this is my 2nd year here at Chico State! I am from the small town known as Fillmore, which is located in southern California, specifically Ventura County. I am an English Studies major and I am also working towards getting the Literary Editing and Publishing (LEAP) certificate as well. I love reading and writing and I hope to one day be a book editor and help authors improve their projects. This is my third semester as an SI leader for the PSYC 100 Course. I started SI as a way to get out of my comfort zone as well as help students succeed in the class, which is historically difficult. I am very fortunate that I have met some wonderful students during my time as an SI leader. It is incredibly rewarding when I hear from students that my sessions have helped them improve their understanding of course material. I am looking forward to supporting more students this semester!
