Seito Sakamoto was born in Takarazuka, Hyogo in Japan in 1998 and grew up in the city. He started the career at Chico State in 2020 when he was in Japan to avoid the pandemic of COVID-19, so he had been taking the classes online with the time difference. (He had to wake up around 5-6 am, sometimes he woke up at 4:30 am in Japan). He was a communication major and Psychology minor, but he found another career to teach Japanese language so he decided to transfer to Master of Arts for Teaching international language at CSU from fall 2022 semester. Tutoring is one of the greatest opportunities for him to brush up his career as a teacher of Japanese.
He like to read a book and work out everyday and sometimes he like to hang out with his friend. He is very excited to teach the students who take Japanese class!
