Continuous Improvement
The Continuous Improvement office provides business process, project management, and change management direction and support to the division of Business and Finance.
Our mission is to work collaboratively to structure and implement change initiatives on campus, with the goal of optimizing efficiency and providing resource management.
If you are a member of the division of Business & Finance and have the approval of your department's leadership, submit a Continuous Improvement Project Request. Please ensure you complete each section of the request form as thoroughly as possible. Your request will be sent to the director of the Continuous Improvement team for further analysis, and you will be contacted to help further scope your request.
