Continuous Improvement

CHRS Recruiting: PageUp Software

Project Summary

CHRS Recruiting (built in PageUp) is a pre-requisite and requirement for implementing the Common Human Resources System (CHRS). CHRS, to include CHRS Recruiting, is a single system across the California State University (CSU) system to ensure consistent technology and processes across all campuses. For CSU, Chico, the implementation of CHRS Recruiting means the replacement of PeopleAdmin with PageUp and the inclusion of additional types of recruitments and/or hiring functions that are not included in the existing software utilization.

CHRS Recruiting is a system designed to help every university in the CSU system to attract, hire, and onboard talented faculty, staff and student workers in a more effective way. More information is available to CSU Employees on the CHRS Recruiting internal SharePoint Page(opens in new window).

The implementation team has created the CHRS Recruiting webpage which provides some base information about the project and some basic guides related to the software. CHRS Recruiting built in PageUp launched on December 7, 2021.
