Avoiding Bias in Hiring Training-Apr 23

During this overview of unconscious bias and its impact on the hiring process, you will be provided with tools and strategies for ensuring the best candidates apply and are selected for open positions. This interactive training includes time for discussions and opportunities to practice implementing the strategies discussed.

Register via CSU Learn. Click the blue "Register" button, select a session, then "Submit". A Zoom link (with auto password) will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

Frequency: This training is required every four years to maintain certification.

Instructors: Maximilian Cordeiro (Retention Specialist, Employment Services).

Audience: All campus employees serving on, or responsible for, personnel selection committees.

System Requirements: This course is interactive and uses Zoom breakout rooms. For best results, please log in with a camera and microphone or headset.
